The room is available with or without computers and is fully equipped with comfortable seating, digital projectors, white boards, wireless internet connectivity, and a variety of hardware configurations to suit your specific needs.

We have on-site staff to assist your students and business partners with whatever they need including – messaging, fax/copier and concierge services.

There is a small kitchen fully stocked with light snacks and beverages. Breakfast and lunch catering options are available.

Senior Program Management Consultant, PM tec, Inc.

Douglas Sankey is a U.S. Army veteran and has more than 30 years experience as a results oriented senior professional consultant in program and project management, earned value management systems, and organizational effectiveness. He has a broad experience base with both technical, research and transactional programs and projects, and extensive involvement with the National Laboratories and U.S. Federal Government in the fields of weapons and experimental programs, international programs, intelligence and security, and related projects. His specific expertise is in program/project management structure, integration and competency, project planning and integration, baseline development, execution and control, earned value management systems, risk and contingency management, program and portfolio management, project management organizational development and effectiveness, and project management training design and delivery. Mr. Sankey has developed various program/project facilitated workshops and innovative training courses. Mr. Sankey places high personal emphasis on leadership and the ability to work with people in a team environment to achieve customer needs. Representative Accomplishments:

Senior Program Management Consultant to NSTec at the Nevada Test Site, Mr. Sankey provided leadership and support in the development of a corporate-wide Project Management Office (PMO) and the design and implementation of the enterprise processes and tools to implement project management company-wide. He effectively designed tailored approaches for projects spanning defense, research and development, construction and operations and infrastructure. He conducted a corporate-wide project Management Maturity Assessment (OPM3) that produced a corporate profile that was used to design a competency and skills development program for the organization. He designed and delivered a comprehensive project management training program of intermediate and advanced subjects to include EVMS, high performance planning and execution, stakeholder and communication management, risk assessment and leadership.

Senior Project Improvement Consultant for Motorola Corporation, Mr. Sankey served as a subject matter expert assigned to Motorola Corporation on Executive loan from Los Alamos National Laboratory he was a member of the Motorola global team chartered to establish project management as a core competency in the company. He served as the Project Leader of Semiconductor Product Sector (SPS) “Project Management Masters”, member of SPS Program Management Infrastructure Team and was involved with change management, strategy, methodology, software and training development and implementation. He served as a senior advisor on major Motorola programs and projects in the Communications Enterprise business, and at corporate level.

Business Team Leader at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Mr. Sankey was responsible for leading a 15 person interdisciplinary team in providing a broad range of business services. Mr. Sankey was responsible for finance/project management integration, cost/risk benefit analyses, make/buy analyses, cost and schedule performance measurement, cost estimating and the design and delivery of related training programs applicable to senior and mid managers and employees.
