PM tec, Inc. Training Facility Room RentalPM tec, Inc. offers facility rentals for training classes, business meetings and client presentations. Our spacious training room can be configured to accommodate various types of learning and meeting experiences.

The room is available with or without computers and is fully equipped with comfortable seating, digital projectors, white boards, wireless internet connectivity, and a variety of hardware configurations to suit your specific needs.

We have on-site staff to assist your students and business partners with whatever they need including – messaging, fax/copier and concierge services.

There is a small kitchen fully stocked with light snacks and beverages. Breakfast and lunch catering options are available.

As founder and President of Baseline Consulting Group, LLC, Todd Silva has for more than 15 years been committed to providing the highest quality Critical Path Method (CPM) project schedules in the construction industry.

Mr. Silva has a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering, is EIT Certified and LEED accredited.

Mr. Silva’s career has been focused and specialized in the creation of CPM project schedules, and his experience has been in a diverse range of project types, sizes and complexity. In addition to creating project schedules, Mr. Silva has taught the senior level CPM Planning & Scheduling course at the Arizona State University’s Del. E. Web School of Construction, adult education courses, as well as for both large and small construction firms all across the country. He has create and maintained hundreds of CPM project schedules ranging from $450M, 10K(+) activity cost, manpower and equipment loaded schedules, to simple $1M tenant improvement projects.

As the CPM schedule is one of the most critical tools for the successful planning and completion of a construction project Mr. Silva’s planning and scheduling expertise will prove invaluable to the project team.
