The room is available with or without computers and is fully equipped with comfortable seating, digital projectors, white boards, wireless internet connectivity, and a variety of hardware configurations to suit your specific needs.

We have on-site staff to assist your students and business partners with whatever they need including – messaging, fax/copier and concierge services.

There is a small kitchen fully stocked with light snacks and beverages. Breakfast and lunch catering options are available.

OPM3 Organizational StructureBackground

OPM3 is a process and tool to conduct a maturity assessment to establish, for a company, a quantitative determination its overall organizational maturity in project management. PM tec, Inc. uses the Project Management Institute (PMI) OPM3 Product suite.

Organizations committed to continuous quality improvement and/or rapid progress in the use of project management as a selected business process benefit from knowing the developmental level of the people, processes and tools necessary to achieve results on projects from the use project management processes. The specific benefit is, through maturity modeling, to determine what areas require improvement. The output of the assessment enables organizations to identify and target specific areas for improvement. This avoids spending scarce resources on activities that may not be necessary, and better enables project success.

Concept

The fundamental concept involved is to establish the as-is project management maturity profile of the organization and based on this data to make recommendations for the desired end-state. The desire to prioritize the recommendations and to fit the recommended activities to a timeline acceptable to the needs of the organization.
