The room is available with or without computers and is fully equipped with comfortable seating, digital projectors, white boards, wireless internet connectivity, and a variety of hardware configurations to suit your specific needs.

We have on-site staff to assist your students and business partners with whatever they need including – messaging, fax/copier and concierge services.

There is a small kitchen fully stocked with light snacks and beverages. Breakfast and lunch catering options are available.

The focus of this 1-day course is to identity project execution, monitoring and controlling and closing processes of the Project Management Institute (PMI) “Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)”.  The fundamental concept is to be able to identify key principles necessary to successfully conduct a project.  This includes monitoring and controlling a project’s scope, schedule and cost to the original plan (baseline).  Learning is reinforced through interactive discussion and exercises.
